Delivery

We strive to meet the delivery times indicated when ordering, but sometimes disruptions to delivery services or transport strikes may occur, which could cause additional delays.

In general, average delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, from the moment the delivery company takes charge of your order. When you order, we will inform you of the tracking number of the package as well as the company responsible for delivery.

If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, this does not entitle the buyer to compensation. The delivery time countdown begins from the receipt of the carrier's confirmation email. Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for checking that the products are compliant (condition, characteristics, absence of defects, quantity, etc.) in the presence of the carrier, if necessary. If a conformity problem is noted, please note it on the delivery slip and inform both the carrier and AF PRODUCTION. AF PRODUCTION cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or thefts of packages by the shipping company. If a package is listed as delivered in the package tracking, but the customer has not received it, it is advisable to contact the delivery service directly.

Cancellation and modification of order

You have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order after making your purchase. Please contact us by email for any cancellation or modification requests.

Return and refund of products

Most of our products are customized and manufactured according to your specific wishes, which means they are not prefabricated. Due to their personalized nature, you do not have the right of withdrawal for these products. in accordance with article L221-28 of the consumer code.

If you wish to cancel a non-personalized product, please contact us as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for returning the product within fourteen days of your notification, and we ask that you do so to the address provided. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. How long can my package stay at the local point and what should I do if I cannot collect it?

Have you received a notification that your package has arrived (text message or email) but you can't pick it up the same day? Please note that if your package is available at a local pick-up point, it will be available for:

– 14 days at the post office and Chronopost agency

– 8 days in Pickup relay

– 3 days at Pickup station (locker).

Don't forget to bring proof of identity to collect your package.
You can appoint a person of your choice who can come on your behalf with your ID to collect the package.

If you are unable to collect your package within this timeframe, it will be returned to us and unfortunately billed. Therefore, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs so that we can reship your package.
